The edit pages currently use different layouts, however should be consistent.

For example, the SMLoader element is located in different locations and is shown in some instances using form.loading() and others pageLoading.

Margins are also different, some being mt while others are mb.

While making these changes, ensure that the pages support mobile devices by reducing to a single column on smaller views
